(If joining without a handicap an option to extend for a further 6 months).

If you join after the temporary trial you receive a 30% discount off next year’s full fees.
(If you have an existing golf link number the offer for temporary membership is for 6 months only and 30% discount off.

 

Northern Golf Club is dedicated to increasing the participation of Women in Golf.

PATHWAY TO BECOMING A GOLFER:

Step 1. Women’s Clinics

  • Group beginner clinics
  • Group clinics for those returning to golf
  • Private individual lessons or make your own group of two to four.

Step 2. Get-On-Course Program

  • Advance to the next step guided by our professional

Step 3. Temporary Membership program @ $199 for 6 months

  • Join the temporary membership to try out the course. Access is available 7 days at non-competition times.
  • Join up with buddies from your clinics or get out individually and play a few holes to get used to the course.

Step 4. Gaining a Handicap

  • A group of friendly & dedicated members to assist you in gaining your handicap

Step 5. Competition or Social Golf

  • 18 & 9 Holes social play or competition golf is available to start really becoming a golfer

Step 6. Club Membership

  • 30% off our full membership options (see our website for details)
  • 9 Hole Membership available (30% discount does not apply)

Competitions

Women’s only competitions are available on Sundays and Thursdays (dedicated times for women Thursday mornings – 18 or 9 hole competitions)
Non-gender specific competitions are available every day.

Events

Northern Golf Club hosts a variety of women’s events to showcase the course including challenges against other clubs, fun teams’ events and charity matches.

Get into Golf Lessons

Head Professional Heath Bensted leads a team of PGA Professionals who are passionate about promoting female participation in golf.
Whether you have tried golf before or starting for the first time Northern is the place to get into golf. We offer regular group coaching sessions which cover all parts of the game in a fun & social manner.
These 45-minute sessions cost $25 and are run mainly on Sunday mornings, Saturday’s and Thursday’s. Alternatively private tuition for one or more students can be arranged at any time.
